Physical well-being is an important component of emotional health, and for over two decades, Tracy Teipen has been devoted to helping people live healthier lives by promoting wholeness and strength in body, mind, and spirit.

Tracy earned a B.S. in Nursing from Indiana University in 1998 and has worked in and alongside healthcare for more than 20 years. A certified Christian Counselor and Board Certified in Mental Health, her primary focus at Care to Change is on helping teens and adults heal their relationships with food and their body, using strategies such as Intuitive Eating and body acceptance. Tracy also works with people who are dealing with EDS, anxiety, and depression.

A facilitator for the National Eating Disorders Association’s Body Project, Tracy volunteers with several organizations including Hendricks County Crisis Response Team, Hope Healthcare Services, and the Hendricks County Medical Reserve Corps.

Tracy, her husband, and their four children reside in Avon.
