Sarah felt drawn to work within a Christian organization, and when she discovered Care to Change, it immediately felt like the right fit. She values the collaborative team environment and shared commitment to providing care that integrates faith, clinical excellence, and compassion. Sarah is passionate about supporting healing and growth in ways that honor each individual’s story.

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from IUPUI and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marian University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). In her work with clients, Sarah utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with other evidence-based and somatic-informed interventions, to support insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change. She also has specialized training in suicide bereavement, which informs her thoughtful and compassionate approach to care.

Sarah felt called into the counseling field through a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through intentional connection and conversation. She especially enjoys working with older adolescents and young adult women, particularly those navigating motherhood or seasons of transition. Sarah is passionate about walking alongside clients with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care as they move through life’s challenges.

Outside of counseling, Sarah enjoys running and reading. She also serves in the Kids Ministry at Traders Point Christian Church, where she and her husband, Seth, are actively involved in their faith community.
