“I have been desiring to work with a Christian organization, so when I found Care to Change, it just felt right! I also loved getting to see the environment and team collaboration that happens in the office.”

With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from IUPUI and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Marian University, Sarah is passionate about walking alongside others through life’s transitions. While pursuing her LMHCA, she brings specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and suicide bereavement to her work.

Sarah felt called to the counseling field out of a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives through meaningful connection and conversation. She especially loves working with older teens and young adult women—particularly those navigating motherhood or seasons of change—because she deeply relates to the challenges they face and the growth those seasons can bring.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys running and reading, and she serves in the Kids Ministry at Traders Point Christian Church, where she and her husband, Seth, are actively involved.
