Lesley Eaton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals and families move toward healing, connection, and hope. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in French and Secondary Education from Marian College and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. Lesley brings specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Lesley chose to join Care to Change because of a shared mission—to walk with those seeking healing mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and relationally. She felt called early in life to be a “pattern-breaker” and has since devoted herself to helping others identify harmful cycles and find meaningful change rooted in God’s purpose for their lives.

With compassion and dedication, Lesley works with families, children ages 10 and up, teens, young adults, adults, and couples. She is especially passionate about supporting people ready to confront and transform the programming that no longer serves them—people determined to heal and experience the fullness God intends for them.

Outside the office, Lesley enjoys time with her husband, bonus children and grandchildren, beloved dog, and flock of backyard chickens. She finds joy in gardening, cooking, worshipping with her church family at St. Stephen the Martyr, and connecting with nature—especially near water. Her life is deeply enriched by relationships with family, friends, and her faith community.
