When you walk into Care to Change, you’ll quickly sense that you’re welcomed, cared for, and most of all, loved. It’s an attitude that flows through our entire team, and Danielle sets the tone. Her role is to concentrate on the many details of operating a counseling center so our counselors can focus entirely on serving you and our other clients. Throughout her career, Danielle has been dedicated to serving others, and she’s happy to support our efforts to help individuals and families find the fulfillment God intended for them.
After earning a degree in Sociology (with an emphasis on Social Work) from Franklin College, Danielle wanted to find a position where she could have a direct impact on the lives of children and their families. She became a mentor at Sheltering Wings, where she handled crisis calls from abuse victims and provided support to the shelter’s residents.
Danielle then moved into a role as the shelter’s Volunteer Services Coordinator and Office Manager, overseeing the valuable assistance of more than 150 volunteers who provided child care, transportation, and assistance to support the work of Sheltering Wings. She has also worked with Art Craft, a marketing and promotions company.
Danielle and her husband, Todd, have been married for 16 years. The couple home schools their three children and are active members of Grace Church in Mooresville. Email Danielle if you are interested in joining our team at Care to Change.
