Volunteering as a crisis intervention specialist during college fueled Jared’s passion for counseling adolescents and young adults, particularly those navigating suicidal ideation and other critical challenges. He earned his undergraduate degree in Brain and Behavioral Sciences from Purdue University and completed his master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Indianapolis.
Before joining our team, Jared worked with college students at a university counseling center, gaining valuable experience in supporting young adults through formative and often turbulent seasons. Since then, he has been a dedicated member of our team for over five years.
Jared integrates cognitive-behavioral strategies, experiential therapy approaches, and a deep faith in God’s healing power to empower individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, relational struggles, trauma, addictions, and unwanted behaviors. He is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodrama, and remains committed to sharing God’s hope and healing by serving the community and equipping others through mental health education.
